The BETA Auxiliary Systems screening machine offers the option of expanding the screening area of an existing machine or installing a screening machine that requires minimal floor space compared to the available screening area.
In a BETA AS machine, a smaller diameter screening deck is placed above the standard screening deck. This not only increases the total screening area but also optimally utilizes the first (smaller) screening deck to process the majority of the capacity.
The lower screening deck then processes the remaining product flow. This not only results in a significant increase in capacity but also in exceptionally high efficiency.

The BÈTA auxiliary systems sieving machines offer you the possibility to increase the sieving surface of an existing machine or to install a sieving machine that requires a relatively small floor space compared to the available sieving surface.
In a BÈTA AS machine, a sieve deck with a smaller diameter is placed above the usual sieve deck. This not only increases the sieve surface considerably, but because the first (smaller) sieve deck can be used to the maximum, the largest part of the total capacity is sieved on this sieve deck. The lower sieve deck then sieves the rest of the product, which in addition to a significant capacity increase also results in a very high efficiency.
