At BÈTA Industrie, we work as a friendly team to provide our clients with the best solutions in industrial process filtration. Regardless of your role within the team, everyone supports one another and works proactively towards achieving the best results. Our clients are diverse, often international, and have a variety of needs. That’s why we offer weekly in-house training sessions, and our specialists visit strategic partners or attend trade fairs several times a year to discover the latest filters and innovations.
Every afternoon, we enjoy lunch together at the office, and Fridays feature an extended “guilty pleasure” lunch. Every last Friday of the month, we even indulge in Chinese take-out.
To top it off, Friday afternoons are celebrated with drinks at the BETA bar on the third floor of our office. Feeling peckish during the day? There’s always fresh fruit in the fridge—healthy and delicious!
For our sporty colleagues, there’s weekly padel on Mondays at Sportcentrum Boskoop-Midden, and we regularly host friendly dart tournaments in the canteen.
On top of that, our directors, Sjoerd and Vincent, are always thinking of ways to surprise the team with fun, spontaneous teambuilding activities.
