What makes BÈTA Industrie’s separators unique is their fully modular design. Each unit is designed, manufactured and tested in the Dutch factory of Amkco Europe BV. This enables us to guarantee very short delivery times for both machines and screen decks.
Applications of Vibratory Separators
Vibratory separators are used in a wide range of industrial processes, often for separating liquids from solids or for accurately sorting powders and granulates. Because these machines do not require rinse water or consumables and are virtually maintenance-free, they are increasingly replacing conventional systems such as sieve bends, sand filters, belt filters, paper filters and automatic filters. These traditional systems often produce waste streams, such as wastewater or spent filter media, which lead to additional disposal costs.
Design of a Vibratory Separator
Thanks to their modular design, BÈTA Industrie vibratory separators can be configured to meet the needs of your specific process. Even in systems that are already operational, adjustments can be made to further optimise performance. A single-deck separator can easily be converted into a multi-deck unit using standard components. Standard diameters range from 18” to 84”, but custom configurations are also available to match your specific requirements.
