Normally, the product moves from the screen deck to an outlet located in the wall of the machine. However, with only one outlet, a kind of traffic jam of product forms on the way to this outlet. If the supply is too high, the screen deck becomes overloaded and the process stops.

The BÈTA Dedusting machine offers a smart solution. The screen deck has a smaller diameter than the machine itself suggests. Product that lands on the outside of the screen deck no longer has to move to the outlet, but falls directly from the screen deck onto a convex base. This bottom guides the product quickly and efficiently to the outlet. This keeps the screen deck free of buildup, resulting in significantly higher capacity and improved efficiency.
